“Cee” the manager needs to learn better customer service than what he currently has. If not I’ll come to your job bud. And I mean that VERY DISRESPECTFULLY! The fact that you chose to raise your voice because you couldn’t listen and understand what a customer was saying is insane to me! Do you do that with men too? Learn how to actively LISTEN!
