The chicken was extra moist and juicy. Just a bit greasy.So if you don't mind that I would say, it's the best chicken fingers in town.. fries and garlic toast were tasty..
We normally like Raising Canes but the service was lousy again this time. The girl at the drive through acted like she was put out to take our order. I also ordered a naked tender for my dog that was with us in the car, and was expecting to be charged for it like all of our other food. It was not in the bag or on the receipt. She could have at least told us because I had to repeat the order 2x. So I know she heard me. This is not the first time we had this kind of service here....
When I called I never actually expected anyone to pick up because it was 50 minutes after closing (literally 1:50am) Kaden picked up. I had a small issue with my order and I have to say the manager on duty, Kaden (hope I spelled that correctly) handled it with perfect professionalism. Thank you so much for doing such a great job at customer service and customer recovery. At the end of the day that is what matters most. Great job! We will definitely be coming back!
