This was the worst experience I have ever had! I got a very simple burrito with rice, steak, sour cream and cheese. The steak was awful and freezing cold! Spent over $10 and had to throw it away it was inedible!

I had a really good experience today, I kinda gave up on chipotle. However today I gave them another chance. Our food was perfect to order, and they were very polite and nice. My receipt from 5:06 pm said Elliott was the host, and I’m pretty sure the female that finished my bowl was Dylan. Maybe she’s the manager, I’m not sure. She as so friendly though. I will be back

This location has gone downhill fast! I noticed new management and crew here as of yesterday. It's definitely not a change for the better. Slow employees half asleep, not knowing where the cilantro was, then not wanting to get me any once he found out (it was right behind him) and then the cashier overcharging me and adding items I never ordered. I got looked at sideways by her just for asking for an extra little cup of salsa for my tiny bag of chips. Then the height challenged manager got upset when he had to refund me for items I never ordered in the first place, really?! Prices have gone up, too. An extra HALF scoop of steak is now close to $6. So, with that rational, a FULL scoop of double meat is almost an extra $12. I paid almost $26 for one steak bowl with extra meat and a bag of chips and salsa. Welcome to 2024 prices. We used to like this location.

I had a health episode at this Chipotle, in which I was feeling faint and dizzy. The manager offered to call 911 (I declined), then he made sure I sat down and recovered OK. When I was better, he took my burrito order, which he gave me for free. I was very impressed with this simple act of kindness and caring. I'll be back! :)

I usually have a good experience here. Staff is usually friendly, food is usually good, although if you come later than 9pm they're sometimes out of regular staples you'd assume they should have to complete any burrito or bowl, like lettuce or cheese or mild salsa. Otherwise I eat here regularly and enjoy it.

Store ran out of guac in the middle of making a veggie burrito which is a huge disappointment for vegetarians. However, the manager on duty made it right at the end of the day and blamed the truck not bringing enough. 5 stars for customer service & the manager.

People go to restaurants like this to finish out their day. Expect to be treated right after a long day and at least end their day right with picking out what they want to eat. But instead, you find half of the thing you want to be out. That’s fine too. But you expect the right attitude with it. Today I went in the around 9:00pm, the with the glasses, a little heavy set does not know what it takes to serve. This is the second time I’ve had this happen to me.

Not quite sure how this location is consistently out of the same ingredients, especially cheese of all things.Regularly they don’t have cheese. If this is a known issue, or you’re constantly running out - perhaps more should be ordered or made?? Between here and eastgate, you may as well just not get chipotle in this area lol
