Definitely recommend ordering in person than online; if you order in person they'll give you extra when prompted... not always online (even if it's indicated)
Service was terrible and employees were disrespectful
My husband and I almost NEVER order Chipotle online due to having issues in the past - we always go inside and order through the line. Today, we were traveling home from out of town and decided to give ordering online a try again and pick it up on the way home. Well that was a mistake.
