Look, we all know that Chipotle has majorly gone down hill, the service and the food quality and quantity have gone down considerably and the prices have gone up. This location, however, is generally the least crappy in the city. The food is usually pretty good, they’re rarely out of anything, and the people are even kinda nice sometimes. Tonight I even saw one of the young employees cleaning which, let’s face it, is super rare.

Ordered an online pickup order and it actually looked like they cared enough to put it together nicely! I hardly ever get a Chipotle pickup order that isn’t a sloppy mess. It was also ready promptly and the person giving it to me was polite. Thanks guys!

Order here 20+ times with UberEats and never had an issue. Finally had an issue, I got a different Skyler's order. Went to the store, my actual order is still there, they let me take it without issue.

I can't express how many issues I have with fast food places on Beechmont so having this happen and resolved with no fuss is like going above and beyond, thank you guys.
