I been to this particular location a few times over the years. Every time I visit the service is extremely slow. The restaurant is extremely dirty. The food is haphazardly put together. The last time I visited, they refused to serve me because I couldn’t fit my vehicle through the drive-through, they decided to walk up to the window. They said they couldn’t open the window for walk ups, so do you refuse motorcycles? If somehow I could fit my semi into your drive-through, I would still have to get out of the vehicle for you to reach up to me. I guess the people that keep this country moving , don’t deserve dinner. Quite honestly, I only stopped out of desperation anyways. What a terrible location.

Most of the time I love the Anna taco Bell. But not now. I got ripped off. I placed my order, have the lady my card, she swiped it then said I still owed her money...I looked at her all confused cause it should have worked. I had no other form of payment with me, so I told her to just remove a few items that equaled what I owed and just give me what I paid for. She then cancelled the entire order and needed my card again to pay again, which didn't work cause the bank deemed it suspicious at that point. So she was like u'll get refunded what u paid... Needless to say it's been a month and when after taking with my back I am still out $24.

I just got back with our food from Anna taco bell. Which is about 5 miles from where I live. You would think a simple order of 2 soft taco Supreme with extra sour cream, a Mexican pizza and a regular taco with sour cream would be a pretty simple task!! Nope!! Didn't get the regular taco, got 3 soft tacos, no sour cream and the Mexican pizza was so bad that hubby couldn't even eat it, and he eats anything, so it must had been pretty bad. Way to go, the drive to Sidney will be worth it now. Thanks for a screwed up order and food so bad ya can't eat it. ?

I'm sick in bed for 2 days, finally woke up and was hungry. My son in law drove 4 miles to order me 2 taco Supreme w/sour cream, nacos and a Mt dew. What we recieved was someone else's reciept- 2 tacos no sour cream, a small bag of tortilla chips and a diet Mt Dew. He was litterally the only car in line. We didn't realize everything was screwed up until he drove back 4 miles. Money waisted, time waisted, gas waisted. This has got to stop. We will not be back and will just choose to drive to Wapak or Sidney or whatever. Happy New Year

Employees blasting music in the back as music was playing in the dine in area nearly gave me a panic attack. Wouldn't care what they were playing just turn one off so 2 songs aren't playing at one time... would have rather sat in my car to eat. Location overall was just dirty.

This is thee absolute worst location ever! I went to get some food and they told me after serving four cars they they’ve ran out of product. 5 minutes later another car pulls up and they received their food like normal, I asked the employee why did they get food and not me… her response why “ we had just enough for him” it literally took someone who was off duty to go inside and make my food, I asked to speak to a manager and her and another employee ignored me and went off to another room in the building. My food was horrible!!! Not to mention they ended up serving 15 other people after me….!
Absolute sh*t service waited 15 min for my order to be completely wrong 3 people sat at register do not recommend

This is a worst place i have ever visited. The associates are half minded. They are not paying attention to orders. Worst sanity. Please dont go this place. They dropped one of the taco on the floor and reused it.

Check. Your. Food. I've came through here 3 times this week. First they got the order wrong, 2nd time they forgot something and this time I received a taco with maybe a teaspoon of meat and cheese shoved all the way to one end of the taco. What is wrong with the work force these days????
