Most of the time I love the Anna taco Bell. But not now. I got ripped off. I placed my order, have the lady my card, she swiped it then said I still owed her money...I looked at her all confused cause it should have worked. I had no other form of payment with me, so I told her to just remove a few items that equaled what I owed and just give me what I paid for. She then cancelled the entire order and needed my card again to pay again, which didn't work cause the bank deemed it...read full review

Employees blasting music in the back as music was playing in the dine in area nearly gave me a panic attack. Wouldn't care what they were playing just turn one off so 2 songs aren't playing at one time... would have rather sat in my car to eat. Location overall was just dirty.

I asked to substitute chips and cheese for the tacos. I said I was aware there was an upcharge, as I do it all the time at tbell. They said they didn't have a way to do that... hmmm ok. I just did a burrito and a side of chips and cheese then. There were like 6 chips in the bag. I was very disappointed.
