Stopped in to just get a snack. Placed my order, very nice young lady took my order and I paid. Then I heard “DO YOU WANT YOUR CHANGE?” Caught off guard I asked her to repeat it, DO YOU WANT YOUR CHANGE?? I said absolutely I want my change (.69). Is this Wendy’s protocol because it was not being donated to any cause that I saw. Or, it this a way to make tips now at Wendy’s????
I want to give a shout out to the Wendys at the 99 in Anna Ohio. Thanks for refusing to let one of our drivers order at your drive thru because he wasn’t in a vehicle. Your kindness or lack there if will be remembered.
