our experience was really disappointing. our order was incorrect...we received a 9 inch pizza instead of the 12 inch we had ordered and while the pricing was adjusted accordingly when I arrived to pick up my order I was informed part of the order was being remade and there would be a short delay. the counter person offered a free 2 liter for the inconvenience so that was nice but the food was a disaster. the Jojos were so over cooked there was no white left in the potato. the chicken was tender enough to eat b ut over cooked as well and the barbecue chicken pizza was burned black around the outer edge...the chicken was tough and chewy and there was not enough sauce to be able to tell there was even any on it. while the counter person was courteous it appeared there were only inexperienced young people working there on a Saturday night.

Drove 35 minutes to get order placed online and was never made and everyone was standing around and not a single item In the oven. Did not have time to wait and was offered nothing but a refund in 5-7 days! Horrible customer service!!
Fast delivery. Fantastic food. Our pizza was still so hot when we got it we could barely eat it. Lots of cheeze and toppings. It was made really nicely. Thank you for a great pizza and fast delivery.
