ordered cheeseburger meal, just got home no fries. only got burger and drink.
We used the drive thru at DQ ashland oh at 4:32 pm on 1-24-2023 & ordered 2 blizzards. Got to the window, paid & when she brought the blizzards didn't turn them upside down. We told her about the DQ policy which is on the outside drive thru menu, that if they don't flip it you receive a free one on next visit. We told the girl that gave us our blizzards the policy & she went & got another girl (who was very rude), The second girl said that the policy was only if they dropped...read full review
