The staff were nice I guess I ordered a simple salad with no tomato and I got it there was hair in it so I asked them to remake it and then they gave me a salad with tomato’s it’s not that hard to do your job and read the simple instructions I had

As a former quick service restaurant AGM, I’m proud of our Ashland kids working as hard as they do here. These kids work harder than a lot of grown men and women I’ve had on my teams. This location can get quite slammed, especially on weekends. Y’all need to understand it’s many of these kids’ first job and they are doing amazing.

The employees are not friendly in the slightest & it honestly ruins everything. I come here every once in a while and I can’t remember the last time the staff was professional or polite.

Worked there for a short period, the entire back of house is disgusting! I was told by a MANAGER to pick up a burger I had dropped, I refused and had her make a new one, she reluctantly did, but the fact that A MANAGER TOLD ME TO SERVE A CUSTOMER A BURGER THAT HAD BEEN DROPPED ON THE FLOOR. Not only that, the entire staff is well aware of how gross it is there. I'm genuinely surprised they pass health inspections.

Really silly that we sit in a drive thru line for 15 minutes. 2 cars ahead of us. Then get told one it’s our turn at the speaker that it’s closed. Just disappointing when they stand at the window and giggle about telling us they are closed. But took the order behind us. lol.
