I had a call-in order. When I walked in the cashier greeted me, I told her I had a call-in order. She never asked my name OR checked to see if my order was ready! (So I 'ass-u-me'd it wasn't ready yet) She helped the 2 ppl that came in after me. Then I came back up to the window, asking her if that pizza on counter to go was mine? She just went over, got it and handed it to me! And told me the price! For her, her CS stinks!!! But the pizza was awesomely made!

Best pizza ever! I have been eating Dorlo pizza all my life. The hours are sporadic, and there is no delivery or dine in anymore, which is why the lower rating. I sure hope they will over come and be back up to 100% soon and I will change my rating.

Ordered a large chicken bacon ranch pizza for pick up. Pizza was good but the price was ridiculous. They charged me $30 for one large specialty pizza. That's way to much!!!!!
