Amazing food and service!!! My husband and I where passing through and wanted a steak house. We found Jacks on google and thought we would try it out. So GLAD We did!!! The food was fantastic, our server, was knowledgeable and very sweet, and the food came out fast. The place was well kept and clean. We didn't even have to wait for a table!!!! We are so glad we stopped!! Thank you for a wonderful experience!- All the way from Buffalo, NY

Always had a good meal here but stopped for a quick drink on way home from Cleveland to Columbus. Bartender was so engaged with local residents that they ignored us. Manager was irreverent. Felt uncomfortable especially for girls traveling alone. Vulgar jokes which bartender engaged in.
