Inconsistency in their blizzards, pay for extra, rarely get it. It's the same as a normal blizzard. Asked them to make it right, refused and said they couldn't take it back and wouldn't refund my money.

I want to say that Ron Webb is probably the nicest person I've dealt with in the restaurant business. He is always very accommodating and pleasant to me every single time I'm there! I hope he is recognized for how valuable he is to Dairy Queen!!!

My sister ordered food from this location. She got food poisoning off the French fries. Do not order from this place. My sister so far was the only one out of 3 people who got food posing. Also when someone ask for a job application do not say we only hire teenagers. Discrimination at its finest right there.
There service is horrible and their food is far from fresh. Even Erin the manager did nothing to correct their constant error in our food. They use to have amazing food and excellent service when they first reopened this store about 10 years ago. I move away for 7 years expecting the same quality or better and come back to fries that are cold and taste like they have been out for hours. They claimed it was just dropped. They supposedly just dropped another fresh batch to give

Will never be going back. Chili cheese fries tasted like they sat for a day. I ate five fries and was told i couldn't have a refund because i ate half the box. This place is cheap and is rude. Laurens attitude was very rude. Will be calling cooperate and speaking with owner terrible service.

. Absolutely disgusted by this location made my shake wrong 3 times burger was burnt and when brought to the attention of the manager Erin i received nothing but attitude and eyes rolling. Very unprofessional and i will not be returning i really hope corporate take this location back and fixes the hearing/management issue at this location could of gotten better service and food from Macdonald's for half the price ...absolutely disgusted

My kids got gift cards ($5 each) from our neighbors for Christmas, and one of them supposivly was not registered. I had the reciepts and was told they weren't for the card. She only bought 3 cards!! On top of that the previous two times we came our order was wrong or we had a 20 min wait in the drive through. Will never come here again.. If my kids want ice cream we will get it from the store.
