We stopped here after leaving fin feather and fur to grab a bite before our almost 2hr drive home. We waited in line for a half hour and when we got to the register, the lady that was taking orders said she wasn't taking anymore orders for a minute to let them catch up. That minute turned into twenty minutes before she came back and took our order. We then waited again for a little over another half hour before we received our food. After waiting all this time for me and my son's food... the fries were not fresh, my sandwich was wrong and the shrimp and tenders were mediocre. (I didn't dare ask for the correct sandwich in fear that it would take another half hour to replace) The ONLY reason I had the patience to wait that long is because my son loves Popeyes. They needed two people bagging. There is absolutely no reason to wait over an hour and not have hot food. Very disappointed. Should have asked for my money back and stepped over to Pizza Hut.

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Euclid, only go if you have 30 minutes to an hour to wait in the drive-thru window. I watched a young lady pull up behind the Popeyes. It must have been the entire staff who came to the back door to watch two individuals unload the car. While customers lined up, almost to the street, wait to place their order. Several cars, including myself, pulled off. KK is not my favorite, but they are looking much better now. Whomever the owner invests your money elsewhere or rehire the night staff.

It is clear that more staff is needed at this location. There was only one person at the register and they were doing multiple tasks. Given that I was in a time crunch I had to leave without placing an order. It's critical that employees are given the tools necessary to perform their task.
