We stopped here after leaving fin feather and fur to grab a bite before our almost 2hr drive home. We waited in line for a half hour and when we got to the register, the lady that was taking orders said she wasn't taking anymore orders for a minute to let them catch up. Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Euclid, only go if you have 30 minutes to an hour to wait in the drive-thru window. I watched a young lady pull up behind the Popeyes. It must have been the entire staff who came to the back door to watch two individuals unload the car. While customers lined up, almost to the street, wait to place their order. It is clear that more staff is needed at this location. There was only one person at the register and they were doing multiple tasks. Given that I was in a time crunch I had to leave without placing an order. It's critical that employees are given the tools necessary to perform their task.
