“The staff that actually works here is wonderful.. however the upper-management/owner (whoever the old white man is) is VERY DISTASTEFUL. WhenI approached the building he was seemingly degrading the employee and then proceeded to talk very badly about her on the phone after she walked inside. If that's how the owner/manager runs things I will never be back and I will be letting others know of my experience today with that man.“

“We were there with about 15+ total of my family over the weekend, and we were SO impressed by everything about this place. The food was incredible, the service was outstanding, and they accommodated our large group so well! My personal favorite touches were that the food was brought out promptly, and there was constantly someone coming to our table to fill our water glasses or take our dishes as soon as they were empty. The food I got was incredible, and I highly recommend the Karen sushi roll. To die for! I wish I lived in Ashland, because I would be there all the time! Thank you so much for everything!“

“This owner definitely knows how to treat a customer! I had ordered a pizza about a month ago. There was a problem with it. I called the store they offered to refund the cost. I waited about 2 weeks for my refund which never came. I called back and advised the store. The store owner called me a couple of days later, and apologized for the time frame on the refund. Today my refund was delivered to my home! Including a gift card. Love their pizza and never had a bad experience until this one. I will definitely continue to be a customer as they provide excellent customer service!“

“Pizza is always good! Salad with just what one wants on it is always good. Selection was good, but not fantastic.

Servers were the best part of the experience - friendly and helpful.

The building is not shiny/new. It is just a bit worn looking, but comfy. Seating and serving us quickly and efficiently.

Kid-friendliness: There were 6 kids - ages 4, 7, 7, 9, 9, 12. The staff were all helpful and friendly when the kids were using the buffet.“
