“We reside in the area and frequent Ashland establishments. We do enjoy the pizza at Ohio Fire on occasion and the service is usually very good. Plenty of parking nearby, yet the draft domestics aren't what they should be. It's as if they have been diluted with water. We've experienced this on multiple visits. This is not the case at their other establishment on the other side of town.“

“This owner definitely knows how to treat a customer! I had ordered a pizza about a month ago. There was a problem with it. I called the store they offered to refund the cost. I waited about 2 weeks for my refund which never came. I called back and advised the store. The store owner called me a couple of days later, and apologized for the time frame on the refund. Today my refund was delivered to my home! Including a gift card. Love their pizza and never had a bad experience until this one. I will definitely continue to be a customer as they provide excellent customer service!“
