“Ordered a shredded chicken sandwich, while my dad opted for a ham and cheese sandwich. Unfortunately, both of us were disappointed with our meals. The shredded chicken had an artificial taste, and the bun was soggy. The ham and cheese sandwich was also served on a soggy bun, and the combination of ham and cheese was unappetizing. Additionally, both sandwiches were lukewarm, despite having waited 15 minutes for our order. We were both looking forward to enjoying some good sandwiches but unfortunately, the quality did not meet our expectations.“

The quality of the drinks and beauty of the decor could make you easily mistake it for something uppity, but the atmosphere is always one that is welcoming to all. It’s a gem in the crown of Mansfield, but remains one of the best bars I’ve been to even traveling the world. Order a famous Gin Basil or, my personal favorite, a Pimm’s Cup and see for yourself.“

“My limited experience at this location has been good. I was a regular at the Galion location but they started having issues staying open and before they started having that problem I had some bad reactions to the food. Won't be a regular there because of the drive but if I'm in the area and their tunning their $9.99 special I'll stop in“

“I drove past on my way to drs appointment and saw the deal on the board decided to give them a try and I was super impressed. Always super friendly when I go in to pick up and I’ve been ordering every other week or so. Pizza is always ready and made perfectly! Definitely worth the drive from Mansfield every other week or so!!“

“Loved it all. Ate everything right away so I didn't get any pictures. Sub was delicious! Pizza was great, even my son wanted pizza after I gave him a happy meal that he wanted before seeing the pizza. They did forget my garlic butter, but I should have checked it before I walked out. They were busy (phone ringing and other consumers coming in) but still maintained a friendly environment. Will be ordering from them again.“

“I always enjoy Gionino's pizza. We like to get the antipasto salad as well for a little ruffage. I was up visiting family in the Canton area and had fried chicken and jojo potatoes from a Gionino's also. Seemed really weird to get that kind of food from a pizza place, but it was really good so no complaints there.“

“I'm really upset because the food we got was totally inedible and they don't seem to give a crap. I've always enjoyed Marcos and recently got two Pizza Bowls from Ashland Rd location Mansfield Ohio and the were so salty we could not even eat them. The Pizza Bowls would be same toppings that would be on Pizza and I've never gotten a salty pizza before so I'm confused. It literally tasted like a salt shaker was poured on them. I'm not saying that's what happened but something went wrong somewhere. It was both of them and we literally took two bites and couldn't eat anymore. We paid over 20.00 for the bowls and feel like we were ripped off. we got two different kinds as well. We are seniors not kids and have definitely enjoyed their food in the past. What a rip off and disappointment ....they looked amazing but were totally unedable.“

“We absoutly love the food, atmosphere, and the sweet blueberry wine;keeping in mind I drink dark red blends , it's slightly sweet then finishes with a mild tartness, absoutly perfect . We have tried most of the menu, never have we been disappointed. Facebook will give you updated menu options, and seasonal specials, trust me, its worth the trip.“

The next day I called back to get a repeat and was told by another employee sorry we can't do that even though I explained I just had one made the day before.
I called the other location and was told the same thing.
To me it was a great example of terrible Customer Service.
I didn't mind her saying it might make the sub soggy but as a customer who is paying for it if that's what I wanted It should have been made .“

“In my opinion, one of the top 3 places in Mansfield to get a pizza. Phenomenal flavor at an incredible value with consistent quality. (5 Star) Well worth the wait(45min-1hour typically). Sometimes, I get the impression that are a bit overloaded and backed up (Paitents, we all been there), but they get 5 stars for always coming through every time no matter what! Atmosphere: It is a drive-through carry-out. What's better than that? Get your brewskis, smokes, scratch-offs, and you a pizzer and never leave the car!! (5 Star)“
