Fazoli's is a family-friendly restaurant where the staff is known for being pleasant and helpful. The service is quick, whether dining in or using the drive-thru, though there have been some issues with orders being messed up and longer wait times in the drive-thru. The inside experience is often better than the drive-thru. Customers appreciate the professional and polite service, with staff checking on them regularly. Kids enjoy the pizza, and the overall experience is generally positive, with attentive staff ensuring hot and quick food. Special mention goes to the crew, including manager Blanton, who goes above and beyond to make customers feel valued. Guests have noted wonderful service and reasonable prices for families. The restaurant is kept clean, and customers have enjoyed fresh food, including unlimited breadsticks that come out warm and soft. Overall, Fazoli's aims to provide a welcoming atmosphere for all.
