Fresh Fast and Friendly.
First time I've ever gotten Panda Express and I was surprised by how good the hot chicken was in the Fried Rice. We'll be going there again
Doesn’t have the same menu in store as online and says they don’t have black pepper chicken in store

Panda Express in Ontario, Ohio offers tasty food with very friendly and efficient service. The employees work as a team, staying busy and keeping the place clean. Despite a slight oversight in attentiveness, they provide good customer service and quick, clean dining experiences. The restaurant is generally clean and well-maintained, with staff members being attentive, especially when helping customers with mobility issues. The prices are reasonable for the quality of food, making it a good option for a slightly better than fast food meal. However, some days may see inconsistencies, such as food quality or wait times, but overall it remains a convenient place to enjoy Chinese cuisine.
