My sister and I ordered separately and prepaid with 20% tip. After a half hour waiting I asked how our pizzas were doing? What pizza?? We don’t have a ticket for it. I had receipts. All lady said was refund or pizza? No apology, no coupon for future order, etc. Another 15-20 minutes we got our pizzas. Delicious pizza but lousy service.

Hamilton’s on Main offers an amazing experience with fantastic service from a fun, friendly, and engaging staff. The pizza is hands down some of the best, with a lovely hand thrown crust baked to perfection and a crispy cheese edge. The stuffed potatoes are huge and loaded, with options like the Chicken bacon ranch spud and the BBQ Brisket Spud, which is spicy and hard to find the potato under the mass of toppings. Everything is delicious, fresh, and hot. The atmosphere is welcoming, making guests feel right at home, whether dining at a sidewalk table during a concert or grabbing a couple slices of pizza on a Friday evening. This is a great family place for good food in downtown Mansfield, and most definitely worth a return trip to try the strombolis and pizza.
