I found a cheese wrapper in my burger! Only after I ate half of it though! I just about threw up. This was our Christmas Eve meal, it was supposed to be special. We never go out to eat much, can hardly afford it so it was very disappointing Thinking back, I actually can’t believe it. Ruined the meal & experience. I just wish I hadn’t eaten it!

My family and I ordered a takeout order spent 120. Ribs we're overcooked, Everything else was cold, missing items. I called about missing items. And to have the ribs be recooked. I ordered a full rack but only received half. Not happy at all. Sorry Applebee's you lose my attention and business.

You're gonna experience buyers remorse if you proceed to Applebee's. Cold Pasta, Cold Tacos, Bottom of the bag scraps. I get it hard times and all but bruh why would I want a second serving of Cold food if you're kitchen couldn't get the first batch right? I wasn't the only person. They let old boy a couple tables over steak walk across the table.

Was a good reminder why I haven’t had Applebees in 10 years. Waitress was great, service was not any kind of issue. Even got me a sample of the God awful Alfredo sauce before I wasted money on any of those dishes. Fries were just warm, the mango smoothie and the strawberry swirl were both way too sweet, mozzarella sticks tasted like everything else they fried up in the last month, wings were very very salty. Just overall horrible. Tried to give it a chance since it seems busy often and we were too hungry to drive to mentor but honestly should have gone hungry.

Ok so normally we avoid this place like the plague of the black witch doctor in France my wife had gift cards from an even we didn't want to go bad we used them most definitely changed my mind I let the staff over a phone call my food was so fresh THREW DOOR DASH THAT IM IMPRESSED MY CHICKEN WAS CRISPY AND NOT SOGY AND OVERFLOWING WITH SAUCE I HAD TO CALL AND LET THERE STAFF NO TEN OUT OFF TEN THE MANAGER ON DUTY IN THE DRIVE THREW HAS HER CREW TOGETHER AND MOST DEFINITELY WILL BE ON THE LOOK OUT FOR BETTER S SERVICE THEN PAST EXPERIENCE

Food was good. Holden made my steak perfectly! Steven was a great server and the manager Haylee was so friendly. Definitely will be back. I was surprised that a chain restaurant could deliver like this.

This particular Applebee’s has great service in the atmosphere is great and they have great drinks overall it’s a fun place. Their menu though is a little bit lacking. I’ve tried many dishes there including the bourbon street chicken and I have to say I’m not impressed with anything I’ve ever had there. Just being honest. I went to a French culinary school in Portland, Oregon, though so my standards might be a little higher than most.
Great food, excellent prices for the 1/2 price appetizer special from 3 pm - 6 pm EVERY DAY!

The menu don't have too much to offer. Prices incredible high. Staff is so rude and don't put too much attention. Too busy talking to the other staff. Not friendly at all. They don't have patience to explain any kind of questions.

Our experience was not good because the Food was not edible. We were a party of 4. We ordered chicken parm with pasta dinner, chicken sandwich with fries, and 2 fish n chips dinners. Cost was $70+. We would rate the 2 fish and chip dinners at #7 customer satisfaction as they were edible. The chicken parm with pasta is rated at #0 customer satusfaction as taste and texture were nasty and it was Not edible whstsoever. The chicken sandwich was rated #1 for customer satisfaction and was picked at and partially eaten. The sandwich bun was wet and soggy and the breaded chicken was over cooked like the chicken parm dinner. Dissatisfaction was reported to the waitress...she said something about the Manager as she cleared the table and left. She did not return with a bill or manager. Dissatisfied, we just paid electronically through the gizmo at the table and left. Lesson learned. No more Applebee's for us anywhere...not ever!

Normally I have an awesome time when I go there. I ordered something I'd never had before. Didn't like it. What I usually order it really good. I think our waitress was new. I gave her the benefit of the doubt. She was also a little behind on bring things to our table. It was an okay time.
