Arby’s after the remodel smackkkkkkks! Even the other day I was going to the drive-through an old man had fallen and spilled all of his food. He just ordered coming out of the doors. I stopped my car to help everybody rushed out we got him up they re made his food. The gentleman just had chemo and was very week they helped him to his car and went above and beyond was very proud of them to see everyone rush to his aid.

Forget food, enter order wrong, give me replacement food of the food that you forgot in the first place so it’s 30 minutes old. At least give me a new sandwich and offer some free fries or something. It’s really not that hard.

Went through drive thru...took almost 20 mins...food was cold...gyro pita was hard as a rock. Asked for no onions and it was loaded. While I waited for the food I observed 3 people standing there looking out the windows while we waited forever for cold hard food. Smh
Very clean resturant would recommend a family and friends the food was hot and fresh the service was awesome very friendly customer service.

I had iffy experiences before they reopened. This time I took an elderly disabled widow who never gets out for a treat. they took our order…. Incomplete- I work 72 hours a week so I just accepted it- the lady at the drive through gave me attitude when I asked about sauces saying she already put stuff in there. Cool, but you didn’t ask or give me a chance to order. We aren’t paying 30 bucks for YOU to decide what YOU like. We left it alone. Some sort of gross berry jam sauce? We threw it away. Anyway, I didn’t have our $30 order in hand before she let go almost sending it flying after it hit my car door. No one was behind us so they weren’t busy. Foods always good… service, still no.

Brand new store as it was demolished and rebuilt from the ground up. Inside is very clean, and the staff seems friendly drive-through is always busy…… I think a lot of that is because we were without Arby’s for several months 😆. Right now, the food is good in appearance and good and taste. Hopefully that will remain the status quo through the upcoming months and years to come.

Chico the shift manager has no idea what he is doing, he was making anyone that did online orders come inside to wait saying that the drive thru was not for online pick ups. After going in for our groups online order it took another half hour and the order was still not right with 2 sandwiches being right and 10 sandwiches being wrong. he was not taking anyone's orders at the counter. People were getting frustrated asking if him or anyone else was going to take there orders. At that time there was around 27 people waiting for either online order pick ups or to our food.
