I have only visited three times since the remodel but I have had awesome experiences with the staff both at the drive thru and inside. Super friendly and pleasant. The order was accurate and exactly what I expected.
I don't understand the negative reviews. If anyone wants to experience poor attitude and poor quality food they should go to the other fast food joint on the other side of Rt 20.

Got take out but my sandwiches were a mess I had to fix the meat on the buns just to eat and the cheese was only on oneside of sandwich but most of it in the wrapper. Not happy.

Cashier jennifer rushed us through our entire order asking if we were done after every item, charged us separately for our shake when we requested it as a sub for our meal, had a terrible attitude and unenthusiastic about everything she does including taking our order

We walked into the store, we were not greeted by the front counter cashier who was busy messing with doordash orders. We stood there for 5 minutes before the drive thru person finally told us that someone would be with us shortly. This is very disappointing, Arby's is one of our favorite places to get a quick bite to eat but this experience has me doubting another visit to this location. We left without ordering food
