Chico the shift manager has no idea what he is doing, he was making anyone that did online orders come inside to wait saying that the drive thru was not for online pick ups. After going in for our groups online order it took another half hour and the order was still not right with 2 sandwiches being right and 10 sandwiches being wrong. he was not taking anyone's orders at the counter. People were getting frustrated asking if him or anyone else was going to take there orders. At that time there was around 27 people waiting for either online order pick ups or to our food.
I’ve stopped to grab lunch there 2 times since it re opened and both times I got sick

Really the food was not that good... buns were burnt charcoal black on inside. Meat rather tasteless... and the ketchup what the heck very vinegary. Pop was good and fried mozzarella sticks. We be some time before I'll desire to try that again.

It was during a power outage. So they were out of Aujus.but that was to be expected because they were the only fast food place open for like 2 days.
The person taking drive thru orders was just weird or rude. Asked if the shake machine was still running ( it was late, so might have already been shutdown) , I got a very annoyed " yes". Give the rest of the order and dead silence. No order confirmation or told to pull up to the window. A vehicle in the parking lot pulls up to the window while I wait for a response. To make sure that person didn't take my order, I asked if someone was there. I get another annoyed yes and she repeats my order back like I'm stupid. It wasn't the same person at window because they were civil

The restaurant was clean, the service was good, the food well, it's fast food. The fries were fairly hot, and my roast beef sandwich was warm, could have had a bit more.. beef.
