Any time I go into this restaurant, I have great service, great food, delicious coffee, and an enjoyable time. As an added bonus, if you've had one to many 12 or 16 hr shifts around a holiday, you can order the entire meal from them.

Tables were not clean. Waited almost 20 minutes to place order, took another 15 minutes to get our drinks, then waited another hour and never got our appetizers or dinners. We left and went to Applebee's and received much better service.

Ordered takeout that was suppose to be done in 15 minutes. Waited 50 minutes standing in the waiting area for them to tell me they forgot to start my order and if i just wait 20 more itll be ready. Absolute joke of a restaurant.

I usually don't have a problem with Bob Evans, but this location in Ashtabula was not a good experience. Took 30 minutes to get a couple of omelets. No refills and it was not the cleanest. It was moderately busy but not bad.

My husband & I decided to give this place a second try. The first time was bad too. Upon entering the restaurant, there was no hostess. It took forever for us to be seated. I ordered an Arnold Palmer. It tasted like watered down lemonade instead of a mixture of lemonade & ice tea. I sent it back & got a peach tea. This tasted just as bad. There was hardly any ice. There was very little sweetness. We ordered French toast. It was a long wait for our food even though there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. The waitresses were standing in a corner talking. My husband had to go find our waitress for a refill on his drink. Our waitress kept forgetting straws. The people working seemed annoyed & unfriendly. We won’t be back.

Foods great, haven't seen my server in 40 minutes. Terrible wait times. But if you don't mind the wait, the foods great.

They go out of there way to make you feel welcomed when I eat there. I do curbside pickup also and the foods always hot. One of the few good restaurants we have in Ashtabula, Ohio.
