I had stopped here after work it was around 10:00pm. I sat at the drive thru for 10 minutes. No one said anything. So I drove to the window where the girl was standing on her phone. She opened the window and ask, Can I help you. Witch i replied and said that I was there for 10 minutes. She gave me attitude and said that her microphone was not working. So she did it know somebody was there.

Not sure how this Burger King is even open. There’s usually one person running it and can’t take more than one order at a time. So you’re stuck at the drive thru for 25+ minutes. It would be quicker to go to a real restaurant.

You make mobile order whopper no onion, lettuce so they but both on it. Then I order onions rings and I had to wait for those. So when I get my order I taste my onions rings as im pulling way they are cold and soggy. Like what the hell.

This location is somehow always out of food. And always empty, so not sure how they ran out. This is not a popular location. Tonight they ran out of both fries AND burgers. The BURGER King ran out of burger. Don’t waste your time, when they do have food it is never better than a 3 star meal. Paying McDonald’s prices is more worth my time than this anymore. Ridiculous, even by fast food standards.

It's pitch black dark out. When I informed them the lights were off outside I was told they were on a timer and come on at 9:00. Really? They can't even turn the lights on in their parking lot. Not to safe or smart. It's 5:30.

Wow unbelievable. Window lady is very unfriendly.. handed me my drink rudely and food.. you’re lucky I’m a good person bcuz she so didn’t care she didn’t even notice I didn’t pay!! But I shouldn’t have paid because everything was COLD AND DISGUSTING. It wasn’t even busy I don’t get it.

Slow and incompetent. Line staff can't or don't read the order. Screwed up two of three sandwiches. Kiosk is not user friendly. Go somewhere else.

ORDERED 3 CHEESE BURGERS, ONE WAS FREE DUE TO REWARDS, NO CHEESE ON MY CHEESE BUTGERS, NO NAPKINS, NOT ASKED IF NEED SALT OR PEPPER, BUT NO CHEESE WHEN I PAID FOR IT.! I LIVE 30 MINUTES AWAY & WAS HOME WHEN OPENED & NO (BLANK) CHEESE.! WILL BE DELETING AFTER GIVING THEM A YEAR TO GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER. I'M DONE.!!
