i would give no stars if i could because they refused service to me and insisted i use the kiosk because they arent allowed to take orders at the counter....i filed a complaint online and the online support extended their "sincere apology" to me and offered a 2 dollar digital coupon....not ever going back...not wasting my time.
They no longer take orders at the counter and must use the kiosk. The kiosk's touch screens are flakey.

I never experienced what I experienced there today. We wanted to order at the counter and they refused to take our order, we and other people who came in separately behind us were completely ignored even after asking out loud "Excuse me - can we get some service over here?" The manager waived her hand and told us order from the qiosk twice. I said: "no, I want you to wait on us" and she refused and shook her head no. The people behind us turned around and walked out. I was shocked and am not surprised that Burger King is doing bad. If I owned this franchise and heard that my employees were refusing to take counter orders I would fire them all on the spot. If you don't want to take orders at the counter from people who walk in then lock the door and put a sign on the door to not come inside.

Ordered one of them chicken wraps, two chocolate Oreo shakes, and then to Hershey cakes. These amateur adults said that the milkshake machine was broken. (On DoorDash ab an hour before they closed) the next morning, I ordered my chew chocolate Oreo shakes, and then all of a sudden that machine is fixed.

Food hasn't been being cooked all the sense they reopened. Even when they're not busy . Burgers aren't cooked/warmed fully. Cheese isn't melted .
