Very nice staff and my food is always delicious! I go at least twice a week. I always get a little loco sauce on my bowl or on the side for my quesadilla. The chicken chili is also so good! ? ??

I originally gave 2 stars because some of the employees seemed like they did not want to be there while others were the opposite and they made me feel welcomed. Now after the owner being a bully on here because they can not take honesty the number has gone to 1. The food was ok but honestly it is not like it used to be. I also could have done without the note on the door about the hours and retirement. It seemed kind of backhanded. I know they are going to be closed forever soon which is why I went today. I wish them luck in their impending retirement.PS. Being honest about something when Google asks you to review it gets the owner to feel their feelings get hurt. I am glad their true colors came through online. I have heard they have numerous businesses in town. Here's hoping they manage those with dignity.

Food was okay, I feel like it has slowly degraded overtime. The Siracha chicken us to be my go too but just seems different. Portion size has got cut back. Overall still a good place to grab lunch.

Awesome 1st time experience . The line is long, but moves very quick. Was recommended to me by a co- worker that used to work in the area. It's like chipotle/Moe's, but so much better and it's great to see a local place doing well.. can't wait to visit again...Parking: Plenty of room for a CDL truck with trailer.

Moved to Ashtabula in March and wanted to try something new for lunch. While it was okay I'm not sure I'd return. Mainly they are unable to accommodate allergies. I worked in food for 15 yrs. 9 of those years at chipotle. If someone said no dairy, we wiped down the entire line changed out the pans, spoons, got new tortillas out, put empty pans where dairy was located, washed our hands and put fresh gloves on. Was the best way to ensure less cross contamination and the customers were extremely appreciative of the effort we made to do that for them.
Like the fact they are open at 1:30 when we get off work. Would like it if they can stay open after 4, so we could go home and shower before we come in.Vegetarian options: Love the fact they have an extensive vegetarian menu.
