Picked up a thin crust ham and pineapple. Real good pizza. I will definitely be back. Love the mom and pop atmosphere. Always enjoy supporting a small business with a great product.

Great šÆ
I have never posted a negative review on anything before as itās not normally in my nature, but this must be known.
My wife calls in for two pizzas at 6pm on trick r treat night.
They tell us 30-40 minutes.
My receipt says I paid at 7:01
$29 for a large and a small.
Iām aware I was 20 minutes ālateā as i got caught up with my grandmother on trick r treat night.
The pizzas were still quite warm to my surprise as I EXPECTED them to be colder than usual of course.
We ordered a white sauce pizza and a regular cheese.
BOTH pizzas were so hard and gross we couldnāt even chew it. The worst pizzas Iāve ever tried to eat hands down.
So I call in very politely to just explain and ask if they offer any sort of refund/credit policy. I explained what happened to the first woman who answered the phone and she was very pleasant.
She said āyes Iām sure we can get you a credit or something let me just TALK TO MY MANAGERā¦ā¦ā
Then after a minute or two I hear ācapos pizzaā as another random person answers as if Iām a new caller.
I then ask āum? I just spoke to someone else and were trying to see about possible refund/creditā
The female manager (who I donāt think gave me a name) then says āI am the manager and I need to hear what you have to sayā
I knew then by her attitude that she was not going help.
I explain what happened and you could tell she was excited to tell me āum Iām sorry sir but you were 45 minutes late and your pizza was not burntā
I never said anything about a burnt pizza, I was not 45 minutes late according to the pickup time you told my wife, and EVEN IF THE PIZZA WAS A BIT COLD which it wasnāt even close, it doesnāt explain the horrible quality that was literally inedible. Iāve never sent a piece of food back in my life. This thing was cardboard.
I got told theyād be willing to credit/help me by one employee and then no by the manager. And this manager (who I wouldnāt have on any staff anywhere let alone a manager) couldnāt wait to throw me being late in my face and to say ānoā.
I told her I was disappointed and will be leaving a negative review and she said āmake sure you say you were 45 minutes lateā lol! š
I wasnāt asking for anything other than a āretryā at some point as I used to order from there on occasion when Iād be in town.
NEVER AGAIN.

Honestly, I have lived on this pizza for most of my life, but the mistakes piling up. I waited an hour for my pizza only to have them tell me they gave it to someone else, and I would have to wait another 20-30 minutes. Not the first-time mistakes like this have been made, but possibly the last.

Bought a large and med pizza and 3 dozen of wings. Had people over for the browns game. We end up throwing away the pizzas they were dry no sauce very little cheese and toppings. The wings went to the trash also, they were cooked to where you could not eat them , very dry and no sauce, I think they were left overs. We spent 87dollars to go into the trash. Would not recommend at all .
Alright so hereās the deal this place has the formula for greatness here in Bula but what they need is some attention to detail. 90% of eating is how it looks, from gas station food to fine dining. I plead with the owner of this place to take his time and make a GREAT looking pizza. The crust, sauce, cheese, and meats were all there they just needed to be tied together formally.. cause what I got at Capoās on the 23 of May was pretty ugly to say the least you had pockets of exposed sauce with no meat or cheese covering it and cheese on more slices than others. no matter how swamped you guys may be if you take the time to make a pizza that not only tastes great and looks the part too- then youāll be set. Wings were perfect, crispy and crunchy although they were swimming in a pool of sauce which was a bit much for me but I look past that I wonāt knockāem for that. Price is very very reasonable I was able to get 2 drinks 1 medium pizza and 10 wings for about 20$ which isnāt bad in my book. I believe in you guys and I love supporting small business you guys have it all just make the pizzas look the part.
