Food is outstanding and my burrito was exactly how I wanted it. Staff was friendly and quick.
The reason for the one star…… You have a lot of parking lot lights out and it is crazy dark out there. There’s no excuse for your customers not having a safe parking lot to park and walk in and out of your store at night. Shame on you.

A few times my burritos have had the sour cream clumped in one spot, where all I get is sour cream, very few have they gotten my order wrong. I like their rewards program, their drinks are really good, burritos are great.

I asked for the new steak on my bowl and they gave me old regular steak that was dry and cold and still charged me for the featured steak. Then the guy at the register just thru stuff in my bag include crumpled my receipt and threw it in the bag. Was super rude. Never going there again

I was first customer in the store when it opened at 10:45. The store was shocking dirty with visible food on the counters and floor. I would have expected the store to be spotless so early in the day. Food tastes good.
They barely give you any food in the bowls, and when you ask for double they give you a basically two pieces of chicken

Ordered online for pickup, order was delayed. Sitting here waiting for 35 minutes watching everyone walk up and get their food and leave. would’ve been quicker to just go through the line. Never coming back to this location. Oh and the men’s bathroom was out of order. Terrible experience.
