Ordered a Choco brownie blizzard. It did not contain one piece of brownie in it. 2 weeks later ordered a hot fudge sundae and hardly any hot fudge. What's going on??

They close down early most nights, sometimes a whole 2 hours before their supposed to. This is the 3rd time I've wasted walking to go get ice cream just to find their closed (got their at 9:24 and was closed when online it says they close at 10)
