Placed an online order said it would be done by 7:55pm. Got there @ 7:50pm. Now I’m just getting home with my three large blizzards (it’s 8:36pm). I should be getting my money back bc I don’t want my blizzards I want to go to bed. Will never go to this location again

Ordered 2 blizzards, 1 with oreos and 1 with mm and reese both got very little toppings. Mine was with oreos and felt like there were only 2 oreos. The other had the same problem. Finished 2 inches from the tops and all the oreos/mm completely gone. Not mention that we had to repeat our orders 3 times because they couldn’t remember what we ordered.
Really bad for the price we paid.

How hard can it be to make a hotdog with mustard? I was the only one in the drive thru, ordered 2 hotdogs with just mustard, and got 2 hotdogs with ketchup. I hate ketchup. $9 for two inedible hotdogs and a half-melted Slush. NEVER AGAIN. I don't know if they thought it was funny or if they are simply that incompetent.

Yall gotta tighten up. How you selling melted ice cream with 50 employees in the building? Are we making it soon as it's ordered and sitting it on the counter with a 5 car line from the speaker. Of course you don't do the upside down promo, you'd have more bees outside than customers. ?Trash. I'll wait an hour in frosty harbors line for frozen ice cream from now on.

Blizzards not mixed every time we go, chocolate always turns to just vanilla ¼ the way down and you just get a cup of vanilla with random bits of candy/cookie/etc the remaining ¾ of the blizzard. A lot of money for just vanilla. We usually go to the west side because they're cheaper but keep trying to give this place another shot cause it's convenient. Not anymore.
ALWAYS PREFER THIS DAIRY QUEEN THAT USES PROPER SIZE CONES TO SIZE ORDERED PLUS THEY DON'T MAKE ONE SIZE OR WEIGH THEIR CONES LIKE CONNEAUT DOES. KEEP ON SMILING.

The entire experience was great with only one important exception. I did not enjoy having to hold the store’s semi-portable Point of Sale device because I know that every customer before me had done the same unless they had paid with cash. Very unsanitary!

If you want a melted blizzard then this is the place to go. Do yourself a favor, if you’re reading this go to the DQ that across from Beckers it’s a brick building with a cop car parked in front of it. That location is by far better in terms of quality of ice cream, promptness, and ease of service.
