Went and grabbed a 6pack of Dilly bars tonight. The employee at the drive thru asked for a tip. I did tip and as soon asI took my card out of the machine, she shoved 2 napkins at me, Shut the window and did not give me my receipt. I wasn't aware DQ didn't pay minimum wage. I won't be tipping again and I myself have worked at jobs that had tipping options,and I have NEVER asked a customer for a tip. If a customer wants to tip...great, but asking for tips and then as soon as you get one the customer service ends is quite rude.

There are beetles EVERYWHERE. I just got home with my ice cream and cannot even eat it… I’m too grossed out by the beetles that were everywhere. I’m sure the workers don’t enjoy working with that either. We were at the wrong window by mistake and was ignored for 15 minutes until someone came to direct us to the right window. Thank you to that one person. Will probably never come back to this location.

I got a medium blizzard and it was the sloppiest item I've ever received there. It was melted when they handed it to me. As soon as I took off the lid melted ice cream just started pouring out all over my hands and pants. And after handing me a melted over filled blizzard they decided not giving us any napkins was a good idea. I'd rather wait longer and have better quality than vise versa.

Placed an online order said it would be done by 7:55pm. Got there @ 7:50pm. Now I’m just getting home with my three large blizzards (it’s 8:36pm). I should be getting my money back bc I don’t want my blizzards I want to go to bed. Will never go to this location again
Great place. Can have a long wait sometimes. Not sure why. Food is great though.

Ordered 2 blizzards, 1 with oreos and 1 with mm and reese both got very little toppings. Mine was with oreos and felt like there were only 2 oreos. The other had the same problem. Finished 2 inches from the tops and all the oreos/mm completely gone. Not mention that we had to repeat our orders 3 times because they couldn’t remember what we ordered.
Really bad for the price we paid.

How hard can it be to make a hotdog with mustard? I was the only one in the drive thru, ordered 2 hotdogs with just mustard, and got 2 hotdogs with ketchup. I hate ketchup. $9 for two inedible hotdogs and a half-melted Slush. NEVER AGAIN. I don't know if they thought it was funny or if they are simply that incompetent.
