The last two times I have placed an on the go order, it's not been ready when I walked in to pick it up. Today I was at least acknowledged when I walked over to the pickup window. The other day, I stood there for 5 minutes without anyone speaking to me. They all saw me walk in and walk over there. I had to ask about my order after the wait, as no one said a word to me. Not even a hello. Do better, management.

The Dunkin at Ashtabula is slow and they are always packed, use mobile app pick up, they are not talking walk in orders and drive thru is always packedā¦ I love DD but this location is not my favorite

The workers are rude, more worried about talking to each other or on their cell phones talking to other people. Their āoven isnāt workingā and I think this is because they donāt want to cook in the heat. They always seem to mess us simple ice coffee orders and the wait in drive through is ridiculous just waited 20 mins for a coffee, something Iām sure is easy to make seeing how that is specifically their job.
