I just wanted a breakfast sandwich and donuts for friends. Drive thru was backed up. I didn't know when you go inside you can only order donuts at the counter!!! Not a good way to run a business, in my opinion.

Got my order wrong. Got a drive through order wrong while we were there. My wife's coffee was kind of icky. Cashier must have been new because she didn't know the difference between tea and green tea. Not a good day for a usually reliable place of business. Better try harder next time.

Remodeled, but did not make improvements on customer service or drive through speed. This is the slowest drive through on earth.

It's an okay place. Coffee is good. They're usually really busy due to being understaffed. And sometimes the only way to get anything is going to the drive-thru. I've walked in before, and there was no one to help me. Like I said, understaffed. But that's the CEO's fault. So just be patient and nice. ?
