I’d really like to support this restaurant. I’ve gone a half a dozen times. The location. The laid back ambiance. The food is usually delicious… usually… unless your server screws up the order. Which happens every time. The service here is ridiculously BAD. Like its so bad. The servers don’t write a single thing down. They take forever. To get two grilled cheeses, soup, and some mashed potatoes your looking at a good Looooooooong hour wait!! Last week we went in for what we thought was a quick Monday dinner. I think the people that sank on the Titanic got served more quickly. Our food was ice cold. When we went outside to our car a whole row of servers and kitchen staff at least 6 people were outside in a line against the building… leisurely smoking cigarettes. With a packed house inside. Even if you are the only two people in the restaurant… the server will still take FOREVER!! Absolutely ridiculous. We just walked out for lunch. Empty restaurant the service is still just as terrible! Save yourself a headache. Unfortunately . What a shame.

We had a wonderful dinner last Sunday at Harbor Halcyon in Ashtabula. The food, atmosphere, and service were all top-notch. I enjoyed a perfectly cooked filet steak, and my wife had the salmon, which was prepared beautifully—tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. A special thank-you to Ashton, who went above and beyond to take care of every detail and make sure we had everything we needed. It’s always such a pleasure to be treated with genuine care and attention. We truly appreciated the hospitality and can’t wait to come back!

Nice place. We waited a long time for our food, well over an hour BUT we were a party of 11 so expect med that. Drinks took a bit to come too, not sure whatbheld those up. Server was friendly and the food was amazing! They have many games to pick felt any play at your table which is nice. Its a little loud in there.
