Staff was friendly when I picked up the order but that had to be the worst “chicken” parm sub I’ve ever had. The chicken was like the frozen grilled strips you’d get in a grocery store and hardly any cheese in the sandwich. Heard they were really good in the past so I was excited to try it out, definitely would not get again.

Been eating JDs since they had a location back in Austinburg. No longer live in Ashtabula county but Instill try and get a few meals a year from them when I visit the folks. About once a year I’ll even get a craving for their subs and drive out to bula from Painesville area. Super Italian with creamy Italian dressing is the same sandwich my old self has been eating since I was like 6
Pizza is also good can’t tell you about the other stuff never disappoints enough to want to try anything else
Price you can’t find a better value even Chinese takeout is edged out

I just received my pepperoni and extra cheese pizza 🍕 and salad, I have to say everything was delicious 😋 highly recommend.
JDs never disappoints..I fed a whole birthday party for under $100 and it was alot

The pizza was overcooked, the jojos tasted dirty. The staff was quick and respectful in the extremely limited interaction we had but i didnt let them say anything when i returned their food. Beyond that I have never sent food back before let alone drove a pickup order back to place on their counter.
Not only is the food fantastic, the staff is friendly, accommodating, and good humored. 💯 Recommend.
