I will say my favorite is Mike's Famous Philly! The staff is always welcoming & helpful! Store is always clean every time I have been in there.

I had a great experience at Jersey Mike’s! I ordered the Chipotle Cheesesteak with extra cheese, and it was absolutely delicious. The steak was hot and flavorful, the chipotle sauce had the perfect amount of kick, and they were generous with the extra cheese just like I asked. Everything tasted fresh and was made perfectly.
The service was just as impressive. The staff was friendly, attentive, and worked efficiently while still making customers feel welcome. The store was clean and well organized, which always makes a difference. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to!

Had the hot Italian special and it was dynamite! I'm really picky when I eat out and this sandwich clicked all the boxes. Fresh, great bread, meat was great and the chopped pepper topping was zesty without being hot. Place was very clean and the service was pleasant. Don't change a thing and keep up the good work.

We were absolutely excited for Jersey Mike’s to come to Ashtabula! We’ve been a few times now and it’s always nothing but great service and good food! The staff is friendly and the GM is very personable and willing to help where needed. Which is something you don’t see too often! Definitely will end up a frequent flyer

First time at Jersey Mike’s subs and it will be the last. They made the order wrong, and it had no taste. Got a big kahuna chicken, and it was the worst sub I have ever had. The only good part about it was the bread.

Jersey Mike’s is by far, the best sub shop around. I used to have to intentionally drive to Mentor to get it. Now I have one in town!! I refuse to eat a sub from anywhere else. The freshly slice meat and cheese as well as the fresh cut lettuce and tomatoes make their subs the best I’ve ever eaten anywhere. I will be a regular customer.

This is a new location in Ashtabula Township. Against my better judgment, my wife and I ordered subs the first day they opened (around 6pm) and it was a bit of a trainwreck. I'm not basing this review on that visit though because it was their first day. As with every other grand opening, it was chaos, but they had all hands on deck - I counted 23 workers busting their tails. Anyway, this review is for a week after. We ordered ahead (again) through the app (super easy) for pickup. We decided to get the Hot Italian... It was delicious! I absolutely love their hot pepper relish and, happily, they didn't skimp on it. We will definitely be back for that sub and possibly try some others. So glad to see a quality sub place come to the area. I had high hopes for Jimmy John's, but that place has been a wreck since they opened. This new Jersey Mike's blows them out of the water!
