I seriously don't know what's wrong with these ppl! I don't know whether they're incompetent or they just plain don't care. It's always a problem ordering with them and they never get anything right you ask for something on a sandwich and they don't put it on the sandwich but if you ask for it without that then they put it on there. They constantly forget drinks and are very rude and offer no resolution when anybody calls to talk about this.

The workers were so rude I order a late dinner they didn’t give me the 6 piece I order for the kids went back up to get it only to have gotten a 4 piece I was more upset about how every single worker up there tonight was rude and I mean very rude the whole time didn’t even bother going back up to fix my order

Ordered a bucket of chicken for a late dinner. The chicken was overcooked, dry, and had probly been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Only the breasts were somewhat edible, but still terrible. So bad i threw it in the trash. this isn't the 1st time I've had not so good chicken from this KFC.
I can safely say I will never eat their food again.

Its hard to find a smiling employee at kfc i love the fries dipped in gravy but the chicken tenders just suck they're so stringy and chewy they should bring back the old chicken tenders i loved them oh and they messed up my order
