We got delivery. Horrible! A 12 piece bucket of chicken with biscuits and 4 sides.( Paid extra for extra sides) Delivered the bucket of chicken that looked like was thrown from the fryer into the bucket, dripping with grease! And got the 8 biscuits. That’s it! Nothing else. Customer service is Ridiculous! And where’s the Manager? Never again.

terrible, terrible, terrible. out of my last 10 orders i have NEVER gotten my sauce i paid extra for, and today after asking for it face to face they gave me 4 random sauces instead of the KFC sauce.

Went to get take out needed 2 orders fulfilled one but no coleslaw they were out! Second order 14 pc thighs and legs said it would 40 minute wait. Out of cole slaw 40 minute wait at dinner time is sign of very poor management be surprised if store is open a year from now.

I purchased a spicy chicken sandwich combo with fries. It was horrible. The sandwich had to of been sitting way too long. It was so tough, I took 2 bites and was finished. The fries were old, I ate them only because I was hungry. I work fast food, I would never allow food like that too be sold!!

Broken speaker. Small menu we could not read. They had no soda. They were out of our mac n cheese. Took 35 minutes. Giant pothole in the driveway. Dropped our change in the driveway. Lots of people gave up and drove away.

Upon driving up there was a young male worker smoking a blunt in the back of building. Was not greeted when we walked in. We were the only customers at that time. We approached the counter and asked is she was ready for our order. Girl did not speak clearly mumbled very low. When we received our order we were missing items (chicken and coslaw) Very unsanitary girl handling food had her hair hanging down towards the food. Men’s bathroom had vomit on floor and in sink could not wash hands. Personally everyone at the counter was either spaced out or high on something. This place is ridiculous and disgusting. The only reason I gave 1 star is because girl apologized for missing items and still missed a piece of chicken. Not to mention parking lot has huge potholes everywhere. This place needs a makeover from the outside in a complete turnaround!!!

If you have been by KFC in the city of Ashtabula, you would really wonder how this KFC restaurant is able to pass a restaurant inspection and is still staying open? This KFC in the City of Ashtabula, in Ashtabula County, is the worst restaurant I've ever seen 😫. When you walk in or drive in, you say to yourself,how is this possible? The inside of the restaurant has dirt and filth everywhere, it not that it wasn't cleaned that day this is accumulative disgusting filth! And going thru the drive doesn't help,from the unkept yard and building ,to driving thru the potholes by the broken order intercom. Finally, I ended up at the drive-thru window that is kept open constantly , and the dirt and grease on the drive-thru hasn't been cleaned in a long time.The only hope you are grasping to is if the hot grease is clean.Makes a customer wonder if you can see all the glaring problems of cleanliness ,what about the things you can't see!!!
