Is there anybody on here that knows the main manager of the little ceasers in ashtabula? looking to speak with someone who isn’t 16 years old. just had the worst experience at this establishment AND the worst customer service. They have 12 different people working there at the same time that are doing everything BUT their jobs. apparently you can’t order a pizza ahead of time because i ordered, arrived 10 minutes later, they told me they didn’t even know what i ordered and never put it in, asked what i ordered and then walked away. i walked out to sit in my car for about 10 minutes because i wasn’t given a wait time. i went back in to get my food, they gave me half of the order. so i asked “did you get the rest of what i ordered” she said “yes.” i said “ is there any wait time you could give me?” she proceeded to fiddle around not saying anything for about 30 seconds, so i told her id make it easier on her and to just cancel it and walked out. i know damn well those 12 workers are being paid between $14-16 an hour to waste peoples time. at this point shut it down it would save them a lot of money.

Food is not consistent from one order to the next, poor customer service . The employees are always on their dirty phones then touching the food with out washing there hands and don't notice customers because they are on their phones it disrespectful to the customer and the owner i refused to ever go back

I never got a greet at the door worker seemed mad when I asked about what dip flavors they had or even that I asked in general. Didn’t seem like any of them wanted to communicate with the guest just putting it in the grab and go box…. I would have ordered them online but it didn’t have options… you guys didn’t even cut my pizzas right !!!

I tried to call for an order for 45 mins no one answered the phone I pulled up to pick up a hot and ready order to find everyone out side smoking weed and cigarettes the attitude with in the store was horrible ill never return to this store for anything

I ordered little Caesars they have a promotion on their website that says a purchase Minimum of five dollars get a code for Activision everything to do with the game was basically crossed off in black sharpie. I didn’t get a code. Then when I called to say something, I just got attitude and told basically that nobody crossed out anything and they can’t control what happens. The amount of unprofessionalism there is unreal not to mention the false advertisement is ridiculous.

Crystal’s unprofessional and very rude when I called and gave me an attitude they have a promotion going on for a video game that’s the only reason I got this food because this place is gross and we didn’t even get the code we needed so that’s the reason I called and everything about the game was crossed off on the box it’s absolutely ridiculous I spent 20$ for nothing food was trash also and very over cooked and this is false advertisement

The young man that waited on me was so very polite and nice. He told me my order would take 5 to 7 minutes. It was barely seven minutes and he apologized for it, taking so long. It was extremely clean.

I used the ap in store as I had a code. The man showed me the correct way and how to code for my order pickup. Love the hot holding oven and do the code in email to open the ovens.

Ordered new stuffed cheesey puffs with herbs. Too much herb flavor. Used app to order and pay. Entered code on self serve warmer and left. Nobody said anything to me while I was there. Not a welcome or a thank you. Have not eaten Little Caesars in a while and probably won't again.
