Waited over an hour for food because our food got lost. And then it was wrong. The 3rd pizza looked terrible, but I was tried and hungry. Not sure I'll be back.
Sorry. I should have specified that it's not that it wasn't a good place, pizza isn't really my thing so 3 stars for me is probably actually pretty good for someone else. Thanks for the reply.

Ordered online. Our order was supposed to be ready between 5:03 and 5:08. I got there 5:10 order was not given to me or finished till 5:25 made mention to. I believe the assistant manager Tiffany. I think her name was and she was rude about it. It's like this every time we come our pizzas are not ready when they're supposed to be. I mean who wants to eat cold pizza?

Honestly, Little Caesars never lets me down. Is it gourmet pizza? Nope. But is it hot, cheesy, and ready the second I walk in the door? You bet. And sometimes that’s all you need.
The pepperoni pizza is a classic go-to. The crust is soft on the inside with just the right crunch on the outside. And let’s be real—Crazy Bread deserves its own fan club. I could probably eat a whole bag of it without shame (and maybe have).
It’s affordable, it’s fast, and it always hits the spot—especially when you're starving and don’t want to wait 40 minutes for delivery. Definitely a solid choice when you need a no-fuss meal.

I was super excited to see pretzel crust pizzas back, so we drove up from conneaut to grab dinner. I specified that i was looking for the original, with the cheese sauce, and PLAIN. I made the point of NOT wanting pepperoni. The staff were super friendly and accommodating! *BONUS POINTS* That they were so cheerfully willing to sell us a side of black olives to rescue the absurd nachos scam happening next door. The problem is, when we arrived home to settle in and eat, my plain pretzel pie was covered in pepperoni. That's a pretty strong flavor, even if I remove them and flip them to the dog. Also, it's a flavor I did not want nor ask for. I know mistakes happen, but i figured if i have to sit here hungry & distressed after driving all of the way to there to waste my money, someone up there should maybe know about it. We also watched 3 of your employees handling things like personal (germs!🤮) cell phones in between dipping their hands into ingredients to make food, and not a one had gloves on. Again, the service was top notch, but why would we return for inaccurate orders made in unsanitary conditions? Such a bummer.

The outcome is always the same. I guess you get what you pay for. If you you want cheap food, horrible service and the wrong order; then you've came to the right place.

Is there anybody on here that knows the main manager of the little ceasers in ashtabula? looking to speak with someone who isn’t 16 years old. just had the worst experience at this establishment AND the worst customer service. They have 12 different people working there at the same time that are doing everything BUT their jobs. apparently you can’t order a pizza ahead of time because i ordered, arrived 10 minutes later, they told me they didn’t even know what i ordered and never put it in, asked what i ordered and then walked away. i walked out to sit in my car for about 10 minutes because i wasn’t given a wait time. i went back in to get my food, they gave me half of the order. so i asked “did you get the rest of what i ordered” she said “yes.” i said “ is there any wait time you could give me?” she proceeded to fiddle around not saying anything for about 30 seconds, so i told her id make it easier on her and to just cancel it and walked out. i know damn well those 12 workers are being paid between $14-16 an hour to waste peoples time. at this point shut it down it would save them a lot of money.

Food is not consistent from one order to the next, poor customer service . The employees are always on their dirty phones then touching the food with out washing there hands and don't notice customers because they are on their phones it disrespectful to the customer and the owner i refused to ever go back

I never got a greet at the door worker seemed mad when I asked about what dip flavors they had or even that I asked in general. Didn’t seem like any of them wanted to communicate with the guest just putting it in the grab and go box…. I would have ordered them online but it didn’t have options… you guys didn’t even cut my pizzas right !!!
