So I've ordered from this place several times the last 4 times I've had nothing but problems one time it took them 3hours to get us our food I have time stamps to prove it ,I called and asked what happen after an hour and half they said it went out we never got it ,then he said I'll remake it and send it out ,the food was cold and disgusting but I let it slide we've had issues with food being cold when it arrives to our house ,we'll today I have proof of my food I have very sensitive teeth so I cant have my wings ex crispy but my fiance has his extra crispy ,so instead of us having our food properly done as the ticket said mine were ex crispy and his were sloppy when asking the jerk that got on the phone to comp my wings only nothing else he was very rude and saying he wasn't going to do anything about it .I've worked in pizza places since I was 9 along side of my mother who ran them and this is very unprofessional you wont fix the order or comp someone ,I will not order from this place ever again it use to be good but they are worthless any more.

Waited for a hour to get a half cooked pizza. On top of that it was cold. $26 plus tip. We already stopped ordering wings for the same reason. Thought we try one more time. Never again!!

Unfortunately I have to give a star but they truly do not deserve a star. I called to place a order gave the correct address and they delivered my food to the wrong street. I only know this because the reciept was in the bag which had my pjone number. When I called and complained to the Manger about this. The Manger said he would remake my order and sent it out. I then waited an hour for my food to be delivered to the correct address. We'll it never showed so I called back up to see what was going on. I get told the Manger will call you back and I never received a call back. So I called back to see what was going on and I got told we will not be replacing your wings. You will get a reimbursement at the end of the night. So not right for them to mess up people's orders and not fix it.

This is hands down some of the best food ever. Fair prices, quality food and amazing staff that answers the phones!There is always someone cleaning, sweeping, washing windows around the outside (as well as inside) of the establishment on Main Ave. Always neat and tidy! pizza, wings, salads are all amazing!

Best pizza for my family! My husband and I have never liked the same pizza in 12 years until we at Luigis. The sauce doesn't upset my sensitive stomach and the taste is amazing! We order twice a month at least!

I ordered online & the pizza was ready when I got there. It was just as I ordered, reasonable price &the gentleman who handed it to me was pleasant. When I got home and had it....YUM!! The toppings were generous and it was delicious! I will definitely order again & can't wait to try some of the other items. 👍

you guys killed it tonight! we had a crap of a day, waited at a restaurant (seated at a table and ordered taken) for 90 minutes and didn't receive our food. left there, called Luigis on the way home for a 640pm pick up. order was done correctly on time, hot and fresh. thank you for a great meal after the day we had!!
2 lbs of wings was 11 wings. Disappointing.
