Unfortunately I have to give a star but they truly do not deserve a star. I called to place a order gave the correct address and they delivered my food to the wrong street. I only know this because the reciept was in the bag which had my pjone number. When I called and complained to the Manger about this. The Manger said he would remake my order and sent it out. I then waited an hour for my food to be delivered to the correct address. We'll it never showed so I called back up to see what was going on. I get told the Manger will call you back and I never received a call back. So I called back to see what was going on and I got told we will not be replacing your wings. You will get a reimbursement at the end of the night. So not right for them to mess up people's orders and not fix it.

This is hands down some of the best food ever. Fair prices, quality food and amazing staff that answers the phones!There is always someone cleaning, sweeping, washing windows around the outside (as well as inside) of the establishment on Main Ave. Always neat and tidy! pizza, wings, salads are all amazing!

Best pizza for my family! My husband and I have never liked the same pizza in 12 years until we at Luigis. The sauce doesn't upset my sensitive stomach and the taste is amazing! We order twice a month at least!

I ordered online & the pizza was ready when I got there. It was just as I ordered, reasonable price &the gentleman who handed it to me was pleasant. When I got home and had it....YUM!! The toppings were generous and it was delicious! I will definitely order again & can't wait to try some of the other items. 👍

you guys killed it tonight! we had a crap of a day, waited at a restaurant (seated at a table and ordered taken) for 90 minutes and didn't receive our food. left there, called Luigis on the way home for a 640pm pick up. order was done correctly on time, hot and fresh. thank you for a great meal after the day we had!!

The customer service sucks, they don’t tell you what time they will deliver and the food has been shitty lately, soggy ass wings and food in general and the delivery people is insane lol . I literally waited an hour for a quesadilla lol. And I always tip good at my address
I've always loved their pizza,but this time I had an issue with the pizza, but they made it right and refunded me my money. Only time will tell whether I eat there again.

Ordered 2 pounds of wings,both mild and garlic parmesan,each order,2 pounds. Each order contained 12 small wings,not even equaling a pound, garlic parmesan absolutely sucked,no Parm and both dry as the desert. And no Blu cheese I ordered. Will not make this mistake again
