The place was super dirty, it took 7 minutes to make a strawberry milkshake with no line, everyone was standing around on their phone and the food tasted bad because they let it sit for a while, honestly I would rate lower if I could

I asked for an iced latte with light ice, the manager loudly called out to not fill my drink to the top. When I asked for more milk I was lied to being told they weren't able to do that. The manager on staff could have filled my cup instead of being a stickler over milk. Terrible practice for a company so large

Ever since they put self order kiosk it takes a long time to get any worker to the counter for payment or customer service. Or kiosk does not work correctly

I got a late night quarter pounder for my daughter, come to find out the patty was raw! Of course she didn’t tell me until after she ate it, which ended up getting her sick! I also see the employees hit their vape pens instead of doing their job! Worst mcdonald’s in ashtabula county.
Horrible McDonald's location. They upcharge you as much as possible and service is terrible and unfriendly. They hate doing there job and the food tasted good and was semi fresh but it was smashed and messy and just overall not up to any standard. I visited the location 2 times and decided to never go back. I even left my grievances with mcdvoice and of course the store manager really couldn't care less

The place is run by a bunch of immature people that are lazy and the food is the worst I've ever tasted. I will go to anywhere else in Andover but not this place they all would rather be smoking their cigarettes and never wash their hands. DISGUSTING!!

Update... I have to say they are getting a lot better at making special orders. Regular menu items are always great.

Food still good as ever. Always having new food items Drinks are cheap as well. Frozen items and baked items are a delicacy. Also always a very clean restaurant with very kind employees. Bathrooms are very spacious in the entire place is handicapped accessible.
Vegetarian options: Not real familiar with the vegetarian options.
Dietary restrictions: McDonald's salads are always a great healthy choice.
Parking: Parking stations dedicated to waiting for orders and pick-up orders.
Kid-friendliness: Has high chairs for kids and booth seats
Wheelchair accessibility: The doors are not handicap friendly
