The place is run by a bunch of immature people that are lazy and the food is the worst I've ever tasted. I will go to anywhere else in Andover but not this place they all would rather be smoking their cigarettes and never wash their hands. DISGUSTING!!

Food still good as ever. Always having new food items Drinks are cheap as well. Frozen items and baked items are a delicacy. Also always a very clean restaurant with very kind employees. Bathrooms are very spacious in the entire place is handicapped accessible.
Vegetarian options: Not real familiar with the vegetarian options.
Dietary restrictions: McDonald's salads are always a great healthy choice.
Parking: Parking stations dedicated to waiting for orders and pick-up orders.
Kid-friendliness: Has high chairs for kids and booth seats

Terrible service using the mobile app is supposed to make their job easier and speed up the process the last several times I’ve gone there. I’ve had to wait a minimum of five minutes from my order. Today while I was sitting waiting for french fries eight vehicles went around me. Are you needing to tell me that I was the only one in eight vehicles that order fries I don’t think so

So ordered 5 of the $5.00 meals and manager lady tried arguing saying she gave us 5 burgers but only had 4! Then made us pay for the extra burger. That's bs she was rude. So husband talked to manager who still made us pay and said to them " y'all need to learn how to count" and walked out. I'll go elsewhere. She's lucky I didn't go in!! They're always messing up our order and it's so ridiculous and stupid.

Placed mobile order through the app. 2 McDoubles. Given my food, they only gave me 1 patty on each on my “McDoubles”. Wrapped it in the right wrapper and everything, shoulda ordered a “McSingle” I guess
Went to the drive thru at 5:30am which it clearly states on the website it should be open, but I sat there for about 4mins then I was told they don't open until 6:00am so I was a little bit confused and irritated. I didn't even want food just a coffee. And the person was not very friendly and ironically she sounded irritated herself at the fact she had to acknowledge someone in the drive thru at 5:30am but all the annoyance could have been avoided if the correct hours were posted on the site. So whoever the employee was I apologize for bothering or interrupting you that morning I know it takes a lot of work to open a fast food restaurant I did it myself for many years and I am definitely not a morning person at all but the website did say the restaurant opens for dining inside at 6 but the drive thru states open at 5:30 so maybe your days would be a bit brighter if that was corrected. Again I'm sorry and I completely understand the annoyance you felt!

It's the kind of McDonald that you would expect. I still love the Filet-O-Fish number 6 with fries and a root beer. The chicken Deluxe is very good too and of course I've always loved the quarter pounder with cheese and a Big Mac.
