The worst. When I asked questions of a manager there one evening, I was responded to as if I was being scolded like a child. I had serious concern about the app and my order and all in one response, was told if I didn't like it there's the door. Very rudely I might add.

I responded with some curse words I will admit. But this was only after asking the manager her name (which she told me she did not have to give sarcastically) and her team following her lead when I asked them the same question. This manager then left the restaurant shouting and flinging her arms in the air like I was some joke. I was very displeased with how I was treated. Left me feeling like no one at that place cares about the job at all.

I came home with my order and sat down to eat, to be interrupted by a loud knock on my front door The Ashtabula police department were pounding on my door when I answered it, to my surprise. The officer was very polite and explained he received a complaint from McDonald's management at the above location he had to respond to. When I asked him how I was tracked to my home he said a manager at Harbor McDonalds sent him. Wow!! So, I asked did they seriously track me down from my phone app or run my license plate to send you here because I cursed? I then explained the managers actions and was advised to give it a week or so before I returned. There was no issue just a response to a complaint. I was literally shook by what had just happened at my home.

I let this issue pass. A week later I returned to use my app as normal and again get treated like a nuisance.Then again when I ordered breakfast on another morning. By then I'd had enough. I filed an online complaint with the so called corporate leaders to respond to. That call came from a manager at the same location of incident. Insulting! It's the manager or managers there who created this issue to begin with. Let's go ahead and give this contact to them right!? Due diligence and accountability. Be about what your organization states you are!

When asked about the police complaint and all I have written here. . The store and lead manager advises me she has no such records. She has no idea this happened. But the report itself will say so when the real leaders contact me. I will be persistent. This was very uncalled for and a violation of my rights as a citizen of Ashtabula.

I put in for a pick up and it was canceled before I got there, went to the drive thru and sat at the speaker for 10 minutes with no answer!!!!! I double checked there hours and they were still open with other cars in the drive thru! Out of every McDonalds this is the worst! Their customer service is nonexistent at this location! I’d give ZERO stars if it were possible!

The Wayward Way

One of the best McDonald's in the area, certainly my favorite it always has a line but it always goes fairly fast. way better than Cali, going inside service is fast and friendly.

This McDonald's is terrible. The young girls that work here are extremely rude especially if you try to correct their mistakes. Also, I have to wait almost every single time for at least 15-20 min even for a simple order. It happens more times than not. Please avoid this McDoanlds and go to another one if you can.

Worst McDonald’s in the area.. here is some advice, never go if their 2nd shift is working. I received meals with NO MEAT and manager refuse to refund because I can’t prove the meat was missing .. what a shameful way to do business

This is probably the worst McDonalds I have ever been too. People working there always forget something in the order and the food is rarely hot. I give it a chance every 4 or 5 months and realize why I do not like to eat there. Prices are outrageous, think twice before you waste money there.
