I know this guy is in there working by himself,it’s a shame he either can’t afford help,or just doesn’t have it. We like the food,but it’s a killer just trying to get him to answer the phone. It’s either busy,or just rings to infinity. Took us over an hour to get through. Then we had to wait a long time for the food. It was good,but it’s a hassle. My opinion is,if you’re that busy,it’s a good thing,it means your food is good,but get someone to at least answer the phones for you,we usually end up having to give up,and go somewhere else. Over 2 hours waiting is excessive,and sad,because the food is delicious, but we want to eat at dinner time,not 9 pm.

I have no idea what these recent reviews are on or if they went to a completely different restaurant and accidentally clicked on this one to review but my experience with this restaurant is pulling into the parking lot thinking it was abandoned, doors were locked, lights were off (I assume trying to save electricity money since the place was empty), and it seemed like nobody was there. My bf and I went up to check since it said it was open and an older man came to the door from the back where the only lights were on. After we had waited an hour to receive are food I was extremely disappointed. Very obviously not made fresh and was heated up (still cold in middle) food didn't taste good and are orders were drowned in watery sauces to the point the breading of the chicken was extremely soggy. Will never go again, thank God theirs a good Chinese place down the road from this one or I would have been hungry. I feel bad cause I'm assuming it's only the one guy running it ATM but it was just such an odd experience I had to write a review.

Of all the Chinese restaurants in the Ashtabula area, Moy's is by far the best tasting and best value. The meat used in their dishes (beef and chicken are what I have tried) is of a high quality and the portions are large. They do not skimp on the inclusion of their meats, but instead provide a higher ratio than any local competitors. The meal sizes in general are large and will set you up with leftovers. A person can have a meal and plenty of leftovers for $10 to $15. Great value!Something to note for anyone ordering for the first time is that you need to order rice separately. I found this out the hard way on a previous visit and I wanted to share with everyone here. And if you enjoy a kick of spice, just ask and he will turn up the heat (the Hot Mongolian Beef dish one of my go-to options. The Kung Pao is also delicious with some extra heat).As of this posting, June 2023, the restaurant offers takeout but no dining-in service (I hope this changes). The manager / owner is a very friendly and extremely hard-working person, as he is doing it all from taking orders to cooking up delicious meals. The time from your call to order until the pickup time tends to be longer than other restaurants, but the weight is well worth it for the food.This is by far my favorite Chinese restaurant in the region and I recommend anybody who is addicted to delicious Chinese food as I am to give it a try. You won't regret it and you will have enough food for multiple meals.

I’ve been eating here for years, never a bad experience. The wait for this food is typically 30-40 minutes and I promise it’s worth every second. It’s made fresh every meal and they use pure white meat chicken. It’s the best Chinese food you will ever have I highly reccomend it

It’s made with love here. Egg rolls are the best but do have an acquired taste i guess. Lots of people I know don’t like them but I think their delicious. The Honey Chicken is to die for. The sauce is so sweet and coats the chicken perfectly. I haven’t had a bad meal at all. I’ve been going here since I was a little girl. We love moys and appreciate the hard work they put into every dish.

When are they open now a days???I’ve tried calling randomly from 2pm to 6pm everyday for the past week (literally) and haven’t got an answer without them saying they are closed and then they just hang up. ? I’m still giving them a 5 star because the food is so good and people are very polite. Please update hours of operation my friends.

It's the best place to get Chinese in Ashtabula! The workers are so nice and the food is amazing! Even in quarantine they're amazing. It may take a little longer to get your food but it's amazing!

I really thought this place was closed. So I took a chance and dialed the number and to my surprise they are still open. I oredered the honey chicken and pork fried rice. OMG!!! Finger licking good....best I have EVER had! Not to mention how reasonably priced they are. If you haven't been you need to go! Cash only right now due to Covid.
