The lady who took my order chased me outside to my car because she put someone else’s sandwich in our bag. She proceeded to try to go into the bag that was in my mother in laws hands and say she needed the sandwiches as it was for someone else’s order. She wouldn’t take her hand off of the car and kept trying to dig in the bag. That is a MAJOR health code / food service violation to try to take food given to another customer then serve it to someone else !!! Also not to mention the food was disgusting. The fries were barely cooked and the burgers were paper thin!! Paid $31 for a kids meal a cheeseburger a chicken sandwich and 2 fries to get food barely cooked and thin as hell.

Rosa at the counter is funny and helpful and the best! K.P. in the back always know our order and has it out in and on the grill when he sees our car pull. Absolute best pair and look forward to our weekly stops. Oh yeah, foods great tok and always fresh❤️❤️

The food was hot, fresh, and honestly tasted like something a Roman burglar might have whipped up in Rome itself. The veggies were crisp and balanced—none of those overpowering onions that usually haunt a Mr. Hero sandwich. The store was spotless, not a speck of dust in sight, and the girl at the counter was courteous and friendly. My only complaint? My toddler devoured the entire brownie behind my back when we were supposed to share it.

My friend Mr Johnson shared his lunch with me from Mr Hero last week and I would highly recommend going there. Mr Patel, the owner keeps an immaculate store and restaurant and his employees are friendly and polite and prepare your food promptly. Ifs a shame that not every business owner cares about his customers as Mr Patel does. It's even more shameful that someone would intentionally take advantage of a person from another country and steal from them and offer subpar workmanship. Especially when the person is very talented with exceptional taste and can do much better. Reflect on that and be the person you can be. Things happen in life that are tragic and change the course of events of your future but only of you let it. Take what happened and use it to help someone instead of hurting not only yourself but your friends and the people who obviously like you and think you really are talented.

i ordered pepperoni pizza balls with marinara.. got home and opened it to see this. Either they gave me an opened marinara that’s been sitting for a long time or this has been in that store forever. either way this is nasty
