It is remarkable how awful a meal this was. The food was tasteless and almost inedible. The service was extremely poor. And best of all they had a notebook full of complaints and pretty much were indifferent to people's concerns.Most people want restaurants to be good, that is why they share their concerns with the business. Flaunting your lack of care is astounding.

My elderly mother ordered CHICKEN LO MEIN because she is missing half the teeth in her mouth and it's all she can eat easily. We got home with our food that we ordered and they forgot the CHICKEN. Now she is sitting here watching everyone else eat their filling meals while she slurps down these noodles that she said aren't even that great. Very disappointed and now my mother is going to go to bed hungry.

The general tso chicken tastes gross just ruined my whole craving. Never ate here before and have heard people say it's good but this does not taste like any general chicken I've had before. It tastes like straight up soy sauce and all pieces are tough like it's overcooked, the cheese wontons or whatever they are are gross too. Nothing tastes good not even the rice. Never again will I skip out on main moon on lake Ave that place is a 1000% better. Should of read the reviews before ordering I see this isn't something new.

By far the worst Chinese food I have ever eaten. General Tso was rubbery. Lo mein was swollen and bland. Eggroll tasted like it was cooked in old oil and wontons had no filling on the inside. They are super cheap and now I know why. I will never eat there again.

disgusting food they never give me the right sauces. The crew is so disrespectful the owner of the main guy that runs it is a horrible person prays on the young. JJ is his name serving moldy food. I got an egg roll an it was just disgusting!

Used to come here all the time. Food was cheap, big portions, and a load of flavour. Had it two times recently- bland. Everything was bland.

I used to come here all the time and wasn't aware it was under new ownership. The food looked great but tasted like nothing. With the exception of a few bites the entire order went in the bin.
Normally the food here is great. Make sure the crispy noodles aren't stale and inedible like we've gotten a couple times. Tonight was different, the girl taking the order told us 15 minutes, we waited 45 for our order! Got my food, had to tell them I didn't get the crispy noodles, which she said was in the bag....when I called to say they were rock hard inedible, she said, well they're supposed to be crispy.Normally don't have this problem, must be the young girls working there messing everything up

I used to love this place. Pretty sure I funded their new place. But in the last year or 2, it's gotten SO bad. The food is not even close to the level it used to be. It's disgusting, greasy, and burnt. This will be my last order. RIP, new orient that used to be.

Very disappointed, will never go back. Got sesame chicken and noodles and the sesame chicken was disgusting. Noodles were mushy. Waited 25 mins and spent 30.00 for food that was unedible, not to mention the nonfriendly customer service. They need to really change things.
