Worst place ever! We got here and no pretzels were made and we stood there for 5 minutes waiting on her to come to the front and we asked how long it would take for more to be made and she said about 10-15 minutes so we come back in 15 minutes and she’s on a break… every time I come to get pretzels, there closed, no pretzels, or the girl is on break. Her job is not that hard to take so many breaks, it’s ridiculous.

There hours aren't accurate, phone is always busy, & grub hub order from there it's always getting canceled. Smh! The only place to eat in the ashtabula mall and can't even count on their service.

Went there to get my 5 year old a cookie. The last waited on the people in front of us and walked away to play with dough. She did not was her hands. She had a sings up but I had already walked away and went to a few stores. About 30 minutes later the same sign was still up and she refuse to let me buy a cookie. Then when my husyaskes if we could buy a cookie she started screaming and saying we could never do her job and stand there for 9.5 hours a day. Over one cookie. Seriously!! This place needs to get new people in there. How do you want on one person in line but not the rest. She even threatened to hit my husband.

I wish I could give negative stars after watching the employee completely ignore a customer while looking directly at them and then after the customer spoke up and ask why the employee began screaming and said ill clean his clock!!

Would give this place zero stars if able. Went today to get pretzels before our movie and the lady was on break for almost half an hour (sign said 15 min), wait for them to return and they left for break before making pretzels as they were completely out, another 15 min wait for fresh, we waited no big deal. During which she rang up another customer and went right back to rolling dough, bare handed, without washing her hands after handing paper money... in the middle of a "pandemic". She looked absolutely perplexed when I asked if she was going to wash her hands before handling our food and proceeded to roll the dough.

I went a day before Christmas Eve with my baby, my mother, and pregnant sister in-law. The sign said be back in 15 minutes and first off that sign was up for 25. We ask her how long it will take and she said it will be a while for her to make more (there were only 2 cups in the case). We sit down for less than 2 minutes and WE SEE HER TAKING ORDERS and handing out the new ones!!! Once we got up to the counter to order SHE SOLD US THE OLD ONES that have been sitting there previously. Not to mention the pretzels were cut the smallest I have ever seen them in my entire life. This isnt the first time they did something like this..the last time I went therethey gave me a rock hard old pretzel that tasted like rubber. Honestly go to Mentor or Erie if you want something good cus the big blonde lady doesn't know what she's doing or anything about service.

They take their break at lunchtime lol. So if you want anything at lunch time, you may have to wait for the crew to return from break.

I don't even know how this business manages to remain open. Their credit/debit card system always seems to malfunction. Their website needs serious updating because the phone number listed has been disconnected. Their website hours are completely wrong. It's a huge inconvenience. It's the only "restaurant" of it's kind from Mentor to Erie so they probably GET the business, they're just not going to be able to KEEP it.

Grub hub app does not give u the option for the tub of pretzels. When asked the staff they said i dont know. U cant call in and order. Im sorry but i dont want to go sit 15 minutes and wait for them to make my order.

Their pretzels are tough & on the cool side... like lukewarm. I had requested fresh pretzels, since they served me old pretzels last time I was there... & they told me that they all were fresh but, they served me old pretzels again :(
