My husband and I stopped here on our way back home from a conference and the service we received was phenomenal, an employee named Tyler greeted us, assisted us with ordering as the kiosks were currently down, and came to check how we were liking our food. The atmosphere was super clean, and our food was super fresh. Will definitely be returning as the service we had was unmatched from anywhere else we have gone. Thank you to Tyler and the rest of the staff who treated us first class!

i can’t believe i’ve been here for over a year and only JUST tried this place. it was SOOO good. and the pickles!!! sliced lengthwise so you get pickle in every single bite. everything was hot and fresh. well, except for the frosty glass of thick, delicious strawberry milkshake!

They've stepped up their game! I always go between 2 and 4 for half price milkshakes .. occasionally I get food also .. I don't go inside anymore since they got rid of servers, just drive thru.

Overall it's ok but the QR code thing was very weird. You would think that if you had that money you can idk pay your employees better or in fact anything else. Instead they have this scanning machine that forces you to scan the QR code before getting the drinks. And there is a five second limit... Which is really insane to me. Not to mention it's ridiculous inconvenient and absurd its also random to me. Are you losing THAT MUCH MONEY to people drinking extra drinks???!!! Really?

Also the packets for the seasoning. Like give me more seasoning in the packets pls?

Everything sucked there. They were out of drinks ice ketchup and napkins. Customers were also stating that it was a 30 minute wait for cold food. The staff was also rude. DO NOT GO

Our local Steak N Shake closed a long time ago so I was super excited to see there's still one somewhat nearby. The food is still amazing. The woman that helped us was so friendly and patient. I got a patty melt to eat there and a garlic burger to take home. 5 stars all around!!

Man, this was upsetting. It's been years since I have gone to one of these establishments, and I was disappointed that they have changed to a kiosk only. There is no human interaction here besides them asking if you need help using the kiosk (which feels more like an insult no matter the tone) and when they call out that your food is done. But I remembered that the food was good so it might be worth it. And the burger was good. It's just that it was so small. I mean, it was the same size as a "dollar" burger. The whole experience left me disappointed. I wasn't even close to full or satisfied upon my departure. I'm typically not a person who Minds having to bus my own tables but it kind of annoyed me here because I felt like an employee that was serving myself: I took my own order, I picked up my food and brought it to the table I had to scan my receipt ro get my drink and I had to bus my table including sorting the dishes out from trash but of course they are still out here asking for tips. Like I did all the work they could get away with making me do, but they want me to tip them. Here's their tip stop trying to run a human free facility bring people back to the food industry. If you're still reading this is my tip to you is sheetz is better.

It's still the same good food. Not too happy about having to order from a kiosk. Then, we have to go up and get our food. It's much better with a waitress.
