I was trying to order 3 meals. I got the first 2 ordered and when I went to do the last one the girl that was working the window never asked me if there was anything else that I wanted. She gave me the total of the 2 and told me to pull up. When I got to the window I told her that I was not done ordering. She asked if I wanted to add to my order and I told her no that it was fine.

No servers only a digital screen to order. Screen seemed to be easy to navigate. Several employees asked if I need assistance (I didn't). Food came out quick, restaurant is very clean, the staff is very clean in appearance. Food was good as expected. Price is very reasonable.

I grew up in Orlando, Florida and Steak ‘n Shake was a huge part of my life. I love this chain and haven’t been able to go to one since I moved to the Rockies. It may sound weird, but I specifically stayed in Ashtabula and went to this location on my cross country drive from Maine to Montana because it was the highest rated one I could find. It didn’t disappoint. Thanks for the nostalgic memories and the incredible Frisco melts!

Delicious food 😋, very friendly service 🙂. Good management. The steak burgers are excellent. Very tasty french fries 🍟 and awesome onion rings . Of course the milkshakes are a fan favorite.
