I don't know what the logic is behind not allowing *any*substitutions on the footlong nachos? I didn't want tomatoes. I'm allergic to onions. Not a fan of jalapeños, but i love black olives. I was able to pay extra to add avocado, but NOT pay extra for the olives that were replacing the ingredients i opted out of? It was the most flagrantly hostile service I've ever experienced in a restaurant- being told that my money isn't good enough to buy the ingredient that's sitting right in front of my face, that would make my dinner actually enjoyable? WHAT BUSINESS ARE YOU IN?! I then went next door to little Ceasars, paid them $2 for a side of black olives, and gave them a $3 tip for treating me like a valued customer. Also worth noting, the nachos had hardly any steak on it, so... rip-off start to finish.

Did an online order and put extra mayo on my titan turkey sub, I go pick up the order and there is a worker sitting there with all her friends in the lobby making all kinds of noise, I get home with my order and there is no mayo on my sub at all. Very disappointed with this, I definitely won't be going back to this subway
