I don't know what the logic is behind not allowing *any*substitutions on the footlong nachos? I didn't want tomatoes. I'm allergic to onions. Not a fan of jalapeños, but i love black olives.
I was able to pay extra to add avocado, but NOT pay extra for the olives that were replacing the ingredients i opted out of?
It was the most flagrantly hostile service I've ever experienced in a restaurant- being told that my money isn't good enough to buy the ingredient that's sitting right in front of my face, that would make my dinner actually enjoyable?
WHAT BUSINESS ARE YOU IN?!
I then went next door to little Ceasars, paid them $2 for a side of black olives, and gave them a $3 tip for treating me like a valued customer.
Also worth noting, the nachos had hardly any steak on it, so... rip-off start to finish. 🫩

Did an online order and put extra mayo on my titan turkey sub, I go pick up the order and there is a worker sitting there with all her friends in the lobby making all kinds of noise, I get home with my order and there is no mayo on my sub at all. Very disappointed with this, I definitely won't be going back to this subway

Every time I order the same sandwich, I order it with extra olives and extra steak. You can clearly see by the pictures. I get NEITHER. I'm really tired of being shorted when I'm paying for the extra meat especially!! Absolutely Ridiculous.

Apparently management doesn’t give a crap about the Google reviews posted here as they don’t try to refute any comments. So… Everyone must be right!

My turn......One sandwich was made wrong… My BMT was supposed to have oil and vinegar and it had mayo.

And yet another surprise! Subway Corp decided to do discontinue their cold cut combo sandwich and bring out a brand new one containing sausage. If I wanted a damn sausage sandwich, I would go to a sausage shop. The sandwich has a totally different taste now… Subway Corp gets a big fat F for the new sandwich. How can you discontinue a sandwich that has been on the menu in excess of 30 some years (just guessing). if you want to introduce some new sandwich… Go ahead but give it a a new name. Shame on SUBWAY® Corp and shame on the management of this store.

Ordered a sub was supposed to be the number 31 they make the subs behind stainless steel now so you can't see what they are doing the sub I ordered was supposed to be ham turkey roast beef and something else they made a meatball sub instead and I wasn't feeling good cause I haven't ate in over 24 hours 3rd shift worker lol or I woulda double checked the sandwich like I don't get the mix up gotta be workers who just don't care

Ordered delivery, my order was a cold cut combo, double protein, regular cheese no sauces or condiments, just red onion and green pepper on honey oat bread. The cold cut combo is supposed to come with ham, salami and bologna....I got a small amount of bologna and veggies thats it. Despite paying for double protein.

I get I didn't add sauces etc and a small choice of veggies, that is only because I personally hate shredded lettuce/veggies that make a sandwich soggy and I have dietary restrictions so I can't do most sauces out. I did this for convenience since I didn't have access to going to the store to get my own ingredients to make my own sandwich. I would expect to get what I paid for but in this case I would had been better off just making it myself.

I get it, it's a post holiday weekend, the store is probably busy but seriously as a restaurant manager myself this is just sad. Lazy and sad.

Subway on Prospect. Do better. I normally never have issues here.

I removed the bread to show the amount of meat I was given and the lack there of the others supposed to be on the sandwich.
