There was a total of maybe 4 people in line and the guy working (6:50pm on 5-21-24) had a terrible attitude. He *literally* threw our food down, seemed pissed off when i was ordering what i wanted on my sub, and would glare at everyone as they walked in. Someone asked if he was the only one working and he looked annoyed at the fact the guy even spoke. Foods decent, the worker was terrible. I get working alone is irritating, but don’t ruin everyone’s day and their food, especially at a location that wasn’t anywhere near busy.

We never even made it in. 3 couples were walking out, which stopped us.Thet warned us about the guy that was working. He was rude. Slamming things,yelling,being completely disrespectful, and clearing out the entire restaurant! They need a better highering process. We went to the one in Conneaut instead.

I never write bad reviews, even when they are bad but I am so sick of this place. Every single time we order doordash from here, you throw it together, you forget the cheese, DOUBLE CHEESE THAT WE PAY FOR, sauce and half the veggies...... AND I CAN NEVER GET A REPLACEMENT OR MY MONEY BACK! THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE AND I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN NOR WILL WE USE YOU FOR CATERING EVERY AGAIN!!! YOU SUCK!

Claims they don't accept coupons on anything expect build your owns, they said it states it on the coupons which clearly it doesn't. Any other subway around gladly takes them with no exceptions other than what coupons says. Which clearly the coupon does not state only on build your own subs ? poor attitude and customer service, don't recommend going.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. Honestly the worse experience I've ever had at any subway. Like how could you tell me that you don't accept coupons on the numbered meals when the coupon clearly states you can get anything "excluding wraps, The monster, The MexiCali, Turkey Cali Sub, the Beast and the garlic roast beef. ? then you try to get me to pay full price at the end so you can profit off not honoring the coupon. Like if you don't take the coupons just post a sign stating so. Don't lie and say it has to be a build your own? When clearly the coupons and no where on the coupon paper states that. ? will never be back and I advise all to stay clear of this subway ??

Woman who worked night shift on 8-9-23,I came in around 9:30pm and let’s just say wonderful service,she was so sweet and understood what I wanted on my sub and did not disappoint,when I ate the sub the veggies and meat were evenly distributed with every bite.

I stopped in at subway place was full of people it was my turn next and the subway employee girl told me she couldn’t serve me and that I would have to wait 15 min because of an online order.I only have 30 min for lunch she wasted my time my money and wear and tear on my car. This subway needs looked into obviously by corporate or it’s owners to treat me like that was uncalled for just total disrespect to me.

My daughter & I went there for lunch and we both agreed, it is def the worst Subway we've ever been to! The employees were un-freindly, the pop tasted moldy (like they don't clean their spickets), the lettuce was brown and the place looked dirty. We were both pretty disgusted :(

I was not very happy with my visit rotisserie chicken head big chunks of chicken the spinach and lettuce with brown and black it was disgusting they would not take my coupon for a half sub I ordered a cookie and the girl never gave it to me or Nor charge me. I will never go back there again the service was good but the food choices were disgusting

This Location has been going downhill in customer service recently ever since the remodel. They are turning customers away left and right during lunch times, the last 3 times( 3 separate weeks) I was there I have been turned away by their manager. ..Explaining that they are completely out of bread, unless you order online? And then for example today I went in around 1:10 PM and was turned away because they were busy working on a truck and had no time for customers ....I explained to the manager that I was going to tell the owner that she is turning away customers left and right and she explained to me that that it is not me, but that they are understaffed .again the door was unlocked, but a note was taped to the door saying that they were closed and doing truck. I would love for the owner of this establishment to reach out to me customer service has been very bad lately. When I asked the manager what her name is so I could explain the situation to the owner she explains to me that she does not have to tell me her name.. so I said that's fine I'm sure he knows who the manager is that is working right now on November 1st at 1:10 PM thank you and I left.
