It kills me to do this. Usually the service in this store is pretty good. Unfortunately, last night it wasn’t so good. I used the app like I always do, ordered two sandwiches, waited for the appropriate time to pick them up and brought them back home. Opened up the sandwiches and at first, I thought they mixed up the bread. No big deal, it’s happened before, they put my makings on my girlfriend‘s bread and her makings on my bread… No big deal. Last night, however, they totally mixed up the makings on both sandwiches… They put her olives on my sandwich my onions on her sandwich, her mayonnaise on my sandwich, my oil and vinegar on her sandwich. It was totally messed up.
Since we are only about a mile and a half away, I took the sandwiches and brought them back to the store told them what they did. They acted like they didn’t believe me and dissected the sandwiches explaining to me what they did and then I had to explain to them again what they did before they finally got it. All I wanted is the correct sandwich is made the way I wanted it.
So finally, they proceeded to remake the sandwiches. All is going well until I told the girl remaking my sandwich that there is supposed to be “more” oil and “more“ vinegar. She added a few drops and then I said more please and she did the same. Obviously she doesn’t get it. And then out of nowhere she grabs the mayo and I couldn’t get out fast enough to say “don’t”, but it was too late. While walking away, I said I’m sitting down please let me know when you get it right. A few minutes goes by, and they said my sandwiches are done. I said thank you and I also said that I hope that they are right this time. I took them home, and finally they were correct. Although I still didn’t have enough oil and vinegar on my sandwich so I added some from my house.
It appears that I’m not going to this store location for a while, and wait for a turnover in employees and will try again. If I can only offer a suggestion…… read the order thoroughly since it’s printed from the app. And also……… Don’t give attitude to customers who are trying to tell you that you made a mistake and not to go so fast when making the sandwiches.

I had to repeat what I wanted on my foot long, a couple of times, took a long minute to acknowledge me,but the younger generation,not too surprised. But I will definitely go back.
